Double Duty

Happy Monday all!

With all the recent focus on sustainability in fashion I’ve been thinking about new ways to re-work my wardrobe.  It’s easy to justify buying new pieces instead of working with what you already have.  For me having a disorganized closet was stopping me from fully enjoying the clothing I already had.  After I organized my closet, I’ve been wearing pieces I haven’t touched in months.  I’ve also been having a little fun with my wardrobe. Here are some ideas I’m going to try:

  1. Wearing a maxi skirt as a midi dress (see below)
  2. Shirt dress as a duster
  3. Midi skirt over a short dress

I’m open to suggestions so I would love to hear how you re-work your wardrobe!

Have a wonderful day!

You look positively radiant – and what a great way to get more out of your wardrobe. The skirt over a short dress idea is gold! I did that this winter during clean laundry shortages and wondered why I hadn’t tried the skirt-over-a-dress look sooner! It make for so many new outfits. Looking forward to seeing more of your stylish refashions!
