Happy Monday all!
Recently one of my lovely readers commented on my lack of “shopping my closet” posts. The comment was a good wake up call because over the season, I’ve acquired new pieces that have allowed me to neglect existing items in my closet. I decided use this opportunity to start a six week feature recreating some of my favorite Pinterest pins with the clothes already in my closet. During this period I will TRY my BEST not to give into shopping urges. It’s gonna be hard but I know I can do it!
So to kick things off, I’m starting with the fabulous Ranti In Review! I’ve been a fan of her effortlessly chic style for awhile now so it was a no brainer to have her as my first Pinterest Fave!
Have a wonderful day!

Awww thanks love!
I love the outfit and am looking forward to this new feature. I am really bad at creating new combinations with my wardrobe pieces.
By the way, I really like your hair – it looks longer and more curled.

Thank you! I love my hair curly but it’s a PAIN getting it like this! I takes me 2 hours to curl this big ole head! LOL
I love both looks. Gingham is such an effortlessly chic print and super summer time fine. You look great!

Yes! I’m glad gingham is finally getting it’s due!
Love this idea and the outfit is really cute! I’ll have to follow Ranti on Pinterest too! This is right on time! Fall clothes are calling me but I really don’t need ANYTHING. Thanks Ms. G.

Anytime hon!
This is a great idea! You’ve inspired me to do the same thing.
You did a great job with your clothing choices for the “Pin-spiration” photo. The gingham looks summery yet very classic in the black/white combo. I look forward to more of your “shopping my closet” outfits!
