Happy Hump Day all!
Whoever said “you need a vacation from the vacation” wasn’t lying! I’ve spent the past week struggling to get myself back on schedule. Now I’m back on track and will be posting regularly! Yay!
If you’re in a professional environment like me, dressing for work during the Summer can be a little tricky but not impossible. Since PS fashion has become so varied, there are multiple lightweight pieces available to keep you compliant with your company’s dress code during the Summer. Sleeveless dresses, cotton skirts and lightweight blazers will keep you cool yet professional. And if your job allows you to wear culottes, cropped and ankle length slacks, pair them with a colorful blazer to add a pop of color to your outfit. And don’t forget sleeveless blouses! The are the foundation for any summer suit and quickly go from day to night!
What are some of your tips for dressing for work during the Summer?
Have a great day!

Love this color combo on you. Enjoy!
You look fabulous! I laugh about dressing for the office in the summer because half the time I have to wear more than I wear in the winter because of the air-conditioning (ok…I’m exaggerating a little, but not much). jodie

That is a gorgeous outfit and I love the shoes. I am quite lucky that because I work in media I don’t have a dress-code. 🙂
I absolutely adore your blog and sense of style. I seriously wish you lived in Charlotte because I would love to hire someone like you at the Talbots I work for. We could really use someone like you to show how fashionable our womens clothes can be. Its so great to see our clothes in your ensembles. I find you to be a wonderful inspiration! Keep it up please!
I work in a super relaxes environment.. I love the business professional look. You always look crisp and chic!
