Happy Hump Day all!
I’m lazy when it comes to casual dressing especially during the weekend. On any given Saturday you can find me in a pair of wrinkly jeans and sweats. While there is nothing wrong with this, I found myself increasingly not making an effort with my appearance during the weekend. Last Saturday I caught a glimpse of myself in a store window and I looked a hot mess! After seeing myself, I made a promise to put just as much effort into my casual dress as I do for work. So on Sunday pulled this outfit together to go see the Patrick Kelly exhibit at the Philadelphia Museum of Art (if you are in the Philadelphia area and love fashion, this exhibit is a must!).
Now don’t get me wrong, I’m not giving up my weekend wrinkly jeans and sweats. I just wont be wearing them 100% of the time from now on!
What is your weekend style?
Have a wonderful day!

Thank you! They are SUPER comfy!
Love the shoes, the jeans, and of course the stripes! You’ve convinced me that stripes don’t have to be a no-no for curvy ladies, so I’ve bought a navy and white striped top. It makes me feel chic and I’m enjoying breaking my old fashion rules. Thanks for the inspiration!

YAY!!! Im so happy youre breaking those fashion rules! Good for you!
Love the look. I tend to be a lazy casual dresser too but my husband is always done up to the nines even if he’s just popping out to buy a paper so often I’m forced to get out of my yoga pants so that people won’t wonder where he found me!
