Hello! I love your video. It makes your blog more personable and personal. 🙂 I’m very impressed that you are a social worker. I think anyone who has you as their social worker is a lucky person. Your new do looks great! I was tossing up whether to go short, or whether to stay long and keep the side shaved up… but I ended up going short. I loved it for a few days but now… i HATE it. It’s too long, but if I keep cutting it shorter is it just going to go worse!? I work on the theory that i have a great hat collection, but now that I’m not driving a bus I don’t really wear hats at work.
I’ve been to Philly! I remember seeing that bell with the crack in it. The Liberty Bell? I also got asked if I knew where drugs could be bought. lol. Says a lot for my fashion sense back then! When you introduced yourself, it cut in just after you said your name!!! What is your name? 🙂 Thanks for making the video, and I’ll be looking forward to a lot more posts from you this year! Happy new year. 🙂
No thank you for inspiring me to make the video! I wanted to answer your questions personally because they were great questions! Sorry you didnt catch my name…its Georgette. This was the first time I edited a video so I apologize for that.
Yes it was the Liberty Bell. Its pretty underwhelming when you see it in person. I always thought it was bigger. I was shocked to see how small it was. Dont feel bad someone asked you where you could buy drugs, one time while I was dressed up for work I was mistaken as a hooker! LOL
Thank you again for being a wonderful supporter of my blog!
Hey! I just reread your comment – I think I was a little rushed when I replied last time. Yeah, the Liberty Bell was very tiny, I must say. And drugs? lol. I never took drugs but used to always get asked for them, or a cigarette, or a lighter. i must say, however, I never did get mistaken for a hooker. Back then I used to wear black tight jeans and a flanno (checkered flanalette shirt) so nah, not really hooker attire. Keep up the awesome blog posts. I love seeing all your fashion.
I just got the most atrocious hair cut ever today. No, it’s actually the second most atrocious. The MOST atrocious was the last one. I don’t think short hair suits me any more. That is it. I’m growing it! lol
I’m sure you are the BEST social worker in Philly. And lucky you, April in Paris…..oh la la! I LOVE your new ‘do…..LOVE it on you. I must say that you are adorable and you’re the first e-mail I read when I receive it…..thank you for sharing your life.
Awww thank you so much! The day after I cut my hair I HATED it! I was nearly in tears but my BFF & one of my closest friends hooked me up, so now I love it too!
I LOVE your new hairstyle! If anyone can rock a mohawk, it would totally be you. ;D I hope you keep making videos, too. They’re fun to watch, and it’s almost like hanging out in person. 😀
