The Sisterhood of the Midi

Happy Monday all!

Over the weekend, I was featured in  Buzzfeed’s 19 Midi Skirt Styles You Just Have To Try and it got me to thinking about how the midi trend is inclusive of all sizes. So today I wanted to highlight lovely PS bloggers rocking some of my favorite midi styles for the season!

Have a wonderful day!

I adore the midi skirt! It is one of my absolute favorite things ever!! Also, I love that this post featured some different bloggers that we usually don’t see in these types of lists. (No shade – I swear!) I’m not familiar with some of them…eager to check out their blogs! Hope you are having a great MLK weekend….

I like these models because I am a queen size women too and I never wear these types of skirts. They look wonderful. While I like the tighter midi it is the ones with flounce that I like best.

I want start wearing these type more because I love them and always have since a neighbor gave my Mom a bag of clothes for me and in there was the most beautiful purple, black, and white check skirt. I wore it all the time but then I was a very skinny Jr. High Student. But now I feel, “Wow this is too much material.” So I put them back in my closet. But these ladies all look great and beautiful, so I am going to try it when it warms up a bit.

My problem now is that I don’t like wearing a mid-length skirt in winter because I cannot find tights (I hate nylons) that fit. If the tights fit my hips then they bunch at my ankles. Which I guess would be ok if I wore boots but I don’t have any. Well I have got to work this out because I really like all these looks.

Love midi skirts! Great for so many body types and such a feminine look. So glad these remain popular and on trend!
