Casual Friday: Farewell Summer

TGIF all!

Overnight Summer left Philadelphia without even saying goodbye! The temperatures plunged 20 degrees  unofficially ushering in Fall this morning. Usually I’m not a fan of Summer but this year the temps were so mild there no scorching hot days.   I completely enjoyed my Summer this year.  What I’ll miss most about Summer are my lazy beach days, impromptu get togethers with friends,   breezy sundresses and bright sunshine.  Fall is very pretty and all but I can’t help wishing Summer had stayed around just a bit longer!

Have a wonderful weekend!

Temperatures dropped about that much here – as soon as the sun went down. Then it’s back up into the 90s every day again. I’m looking forward to Fall, if it ever gets here.

Love the stripes with the block colour.
