Welcome Back Eloquii

Happy Thursday all!

If you haven’t heard already, Eloquii is BACK! Nearly a year ago, despite enormous success, Eloquii closed due to The Limited’s corporate restructuring.  I was saddened and angry at the closing of a plus size retailer that had become a go to for many of my fashion needs.   A huge number of consumers and bloggers took to social media to express their frustration about the closing and demanded Eloquii come back.    It was that ground swell of consumer and industry support that prompted Eloquii’s return.   No longer under The Limited,  Eloquii is now an independently owned company headed by the original members of the executive and design teams. Mariah Chase, Eloquii’s new CEO states:

” Our goal for ELOQUII is to be the leader in fashion, sizes 14-24. We’ve listened to what customers thought about the brand prior to closing, and took this knowledge to build an improved experience that delivers an on-trend and price-conscious brand for a consumer who quite frankly hasn’t had the fashion options she should.”

From what I’ve seen already, Eloquii is already making good on their promises to provide on trend plus size clothing.  You can see their entire Spring collection here.  Below are a few of my favorite looks of the collection so far:

Are you excited for Eloquii’s return? What are some of your favorite looks?

Have a great day!

Nice stuff! Too bad I’m no longer working; I can’t justify buying work clothes now. 🙁

The new inventory seems a great improvement over what they had before! I see a few dresses and tops that I might need to pick up right away! I hope that the belt selection increases and I also hope that the demand leads to some brick and mortar stores. Glad to see them back!
