Weekend Edition: Savvy Summer with London Times!

Happy Monday all!

Philadelphia comes alive in the Summer with block parties, street festivals and outdoor concerts. On Sunday afternoon my friend Tawanda and I went to the annual Odunde Festival celebrating African culture.  It was a bright sunny day perfect for a street festival.  Since I’m participating  in  London Times “Savvy Summer” campaign, I decided to wear their comfortable  blouson dress to the outing (without the heels of course!).  Tawanda and I had a great time  listening to music, eating good food and enjoying each others company.

How was your weekend?

Have a wonderful day!

Gorgeous dress! Where I live in a rural area, all the surrounding small towns have their annual summer festivals, complete with parades, food, and music! The summer weather has had a slow start here but I’m ready to enjoy!

I love that color on you. I feel the same way about Boston in the summer. It’s a completely different city, so much more alive! Glad you’ve been getting out and enjoying your city 🙂

Thank you! Boston is one of the cities on my “to do” list this summer. Maybe you can show me around! 🙂

Beautiful dress which looks very good on you. I adore the shoes. Of course you did not wear them, but they are so cute. (Been neglecting you a bit… very busy.)

That dress looks great on you! I LOVE Philly! One of my best friends moved there about a year ago so everytime I go to visit we love exploring a new part of the city. Love that London Times did this series! So fun seeing what everyone’s up to this Summer & the dresses everyone styled!

What a lovely dress- I would feel extremely pretty wearing it. Unfortunately they don´t deliver internationally- I would have definately bought that right a way. I really like your style. Greetings from Northern Europe, Finland 🙂
