Casual Friday: Count Your Stripes

TGIF all!

In Eloquii’s latest post, they asked me and other bloggers about our love of stripes. According to “fashion rules”, stripes are a no-no for plus size women because they  make us look bigger. These rules will having you believing that you’ll turn into She Hulk if you wear stripes!  I find this ridiculous and confining.   If you want to wear stripes…Do it! I love stripes and have no plans on ever giving them up! Take that She Hulk!

Have a wonderful weekend!

That contrast in the stripes on your skirt is gorgeous. I am a big fan of stripes.

In fact, your figure looks absolutely gorgeous in this skirt. We have to bend rules to serve our individual bodies. Some rules make sense for us and some don’t.

I love the splash of color your shoes offer. It is something I wouldn’t have thought of doing and it makes the outfit pop.
